SHIPPING POLICY

Light Eyes processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. 
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. 
 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S)
Standard Shipping: $7.95 3 - 5 Business Days

Express 2-3 days Shipping: $15 2 Business Days (Expedited orders must be placed before 2:00 PM PST M - F in order to be shipped the same day) 

Priority 1-2 days Shipping: $24.95 (Must be placed before 2:00 PM PST M-F in order to be shipped the same day) 

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Light Eyes USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package. 

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please return within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. After 14 days, the product is non-refundable. 

If you wish to return or exchange any item, you can do so for up to 30 days from invoice date for a refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. For returned items, items must be unopened and in the original package with receipt or proof of purchase. Light Eyes USA is not responsible for covering these shipping costs.
